Tuesday night at 7:00 pm we went to the Grovecreek Stake center to have President Gleason set Hilary apart as a full-time missionary. We had a really nice visit with the stake president and the blessing was very sweet and comforting. Just as we were about to leave he told Hilary one last thing .... "I hope this isn't offensive, but you don't look a day over 14!"
Hilary was not offended at all, she hears that type of comment often. (in fact the last few times she has answered the home phone she has been mistaken for Adam, her 12 year old brother) Later that night she was laughing about it and said "I guess I'd rather be mistaken for a 14 year old girl than a 6th grade boy!"
Way to look at the bright side, Hil!
